The Kentucky State Fair kicked off Thursday, August 17, with the annual commodity breakfast under the Kentucky Proud Cookout tent. The breakfast included comments from Governor Andy Beshear, Agriculture Commissioner Ryan Quarles, and Kentucky Venues President David Beck.
